


Michael Bendix
Mike Bendix is Founder and President of Bridge Equities, Inc. Mike is also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DFPG Investments, LLC (DFPG), a full-service broker dealer associated with Diversify Advisor Network, and is chairman of DFPG’s Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry.
Mike was the 2016 President of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), a national trade association with 4,500 key decision-makers who represent more than 220,000 professionals. He currently serves as chairman of ADISA’s Broker-Dealer Advisory Council. Prior to his presidency, Mike was the Chairman of the ADISA Due Diligence Forum and served on its Membership, Education, Conference Planning and Legislative & Regulatory Committees.
In 2014, Mike was awarded A Champion of Excellence (ACE) award, which recognizes ADISA members who have reached the pinnacle of their career through accomplishments in their professional life, the community, and the advancement of the industry. Mike is often asked to present to real estate and securities professionals and their clients, and serves as an expert in real estate and securities-related legal matters.
Mike received a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from the UC Irvine.

Kevin Bendix
Kevin Bendix is Vice President of Bridge Equities, Inc. and specializes in alternative investments, including securitized IRC § 1031-eligible products. Kevin is also Chief Legal Officer of Diversify Advisor Network, leading the firm’s wealth management growth strategy, and sits on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Kevin is an active member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), the nation’s largest trade association for the alternative and direct investment industry, serving on its Legislative & Regulatory Committee.
Kevin is a former partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, the largest law firm in the world by revenue and profits. Kevin’s private practice focused on developing large-scale defense strategies for his clients in high-stakes business disputes, often leading teams with billions of dollars in dispute. He was also a specialist advisor on deals for a number of the country’s leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including those within financial services. Kevin also served as a lecturer at UCLA School of Law.
Kevin holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law and a B.S. from UC San Diego.

Mike Franklin

Mike has over 30 years of financial products experience, including his tenure as a co-founder/executive with a leading TIC Sponsor, the President of National Franchise Capital, a senior executive in the residential mortgage industry with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, First Interstate Mortgage and the Hammond Company. Mike has been a speaker at tenant-in-common events, Real Estate Conferences and Mortgage Industry events. Mike is also a named inventor on a business method patent related to instruments for performing tax-deferred real estate exchanges.
Mike has a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and completed the Owners, Presidents and Managers (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School.

Nicholson is a graduate of Utah Valley University, where he earned a degree in Finance. Originally from Utah, he spent time living in Newport Beach, California, before returning to the Salt Lake City area, where he now operates.
